The Peripheral边缘者 was founded in 2025 in response to a series of unfortunate events in China and  other countries related to women. In a single-gender dominated world, reporting on such events often gets covered and hidden by media, unable to receive the attention they deserve. 

The Peripheral 边缘者 创立于 2025 年，起因是中国及其他国家发生的一系列与女性相关的不幸事件。在一个由单一性别主导的世界里，此类事件的报道常常被媒体掩盖、忽视，无法得到应有的关注。

In a world where media only strives to report the most controversial topics, we are here for only women. The Peripheral serves as not only a reporting service but an archive, if not timeline, for all social events related to women in China. It is important to note that The Peripheral is not of complete impartiality. Our end goal, above any other, would be to advocate, educate and to build the foundation to an everlasting reverence.

在一个媒体只致力于报道最具争议性的热点的世界里，我们只为女性而存在。The Peripheral 不仅是一个新闻报道平台，也是一份档案—甚至是一条时间线—记录所有与中国女性相关的社会事件。需要明确的是，The Peripheral 并非完全中立。我们的终极目标高于一切：倡导、教育，并为持久的敬意与关注奠定基础。
